我们的回复一定要有礼貌，无论你的文章被审稿人和编辑批评得多么无用，你都不能表现出不满，相反，你要对他们的辛勤工作表示衷心的感谢，你要知道论文期刊的审稿人是几乎都是义务劳动，而且他们是免费审稿的。他们辛辛苦苦审稿，理应希望得到作者的肯定和感谢，每个人都是受过高等教育的人。对别人的工作表示感谢，是基本的尊重。

然而，很多sci论文作者在回复编辑和审稿人时，只注重反驳修改意见，而忘记了这个基本的尊重。所以我们在回复的时候，不管是同意修改还是反驳，都要有礼貌。

就是回复的格式。开头要注意文章的基本信息，如稿件名称、标题、作者等。

在回复SCI论文修改意见的时候，一定要注意从审稿人的角度来看这封信是否写得好，不能掉以轻心。如果你的文章到了可以录用或者拒稿的地步，那么回信能决定的比重就很大了。
